I provide cognitive behavioral therapy to individuals 18 and older. Clients have sessions at varying frequencies depending on their presenting issue and treatment goals. Most people start with weekly therapy in their initial phase of treatment. As clients develop more skills, they may taper down to once every two weeks or once a month. Eventually, they may only come in for “booster sessions” a few times a year when they are facing new challenges or just need extra support. Of course, people also have the option of finishing treatment altogether and moving on to other life goals. You can learn more about my approaches to different client challenges below.
